Anna Tische
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Anna is an impact investor with over 13 years of experience in business strategy, branding & marketing, and strategic advisory. She invests in innovations that reinvent traditional industries in a sustainable way.
Prior to HEED Capital, Anna designed and launched an enterprise technology brand that reached $100M annual revenue in 3 years, developed the strategy for EY Center of Innovations, led Marketing for IBM Hardware in 10 countries, and created the brand strategy for a VC holding company, building end-to-end digital venture capital infrastructure. She also serves as an advisor to early-stage technology startups in the US and internationally.
Anna is passionate about the social and environmental impact of businesses. She co-founded an intellectual volunteering platform (100+ projects) and built a community of international business professionals (2000+ members) who drive positive social change.
Anna is a graduate of NSU with a major in Applied Mathematics & Economics and Higher School of Economics with a major in Brand Management. She studied Sustainability and Governance at Stanford and Disruptive Strategy at HBX, Harvard Business School.

Alexandra Johnson
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Alexandra is a prominent VC investor and President of the Global Technology Symposium, a premier investor conference on global emerging markets held annually in Silicon Valley since 2003.
Alexandra invests in a broad range of companies targeting material science, alternative energy, and industry innovation and has grown a variety of emerging technology companies. She is a board member of tech companies, including Grid Dynamics, VisionLabs, and Rolith.
Alexandra was a Managing Director of DFJ VTB Capital Aurora, a venture group specializing in investments in the developing world. She spent her career connecting Bay Area investors with companies across the globe, supporting international cooperation and global talent.
Previously Alexandra was a founder and managing director of Landbridge Capital. Prior to that, she was the CEO of Libritas, Inc., a venture-backed provider of IT products and managed telecom services for small, medium and Fortune 500 Corporations. Libritas was acquired in 2001.
Alexandra received an M.A. with honors from the Far Eastern State University, Vladivostok and a Ph.D. from the University of St. Petersburg. She also has an MBA from HAAS Business School, the University of California, Berkeley.
Alexandra was named among Top 20 most influential men and women in Bay Area finance in 2015 (Worth).
